So welcome to my midlife leadership crisis. And I guess before we jump in, I should probably introduce myself. My name is Todd Holzman. I’m the CEO and Founder of Holzman Leadership Group. And we’re a training company that delivers programs to leaders, senior teams and sales people, to companies big and small all over the world.
And by saying I’m in the middle of a midlife leadership crisis is not to say that I’m not proud of what we accomplished. I actually am, because over the last three decades, we have figured out a way to design and deliver programs that reliably deliver real behavior change and business impact in ways that are both sustainable and scalable. And we’ve been doing that for thousands of people every year for years. But I’m still falling short of my real mission, which is to inspire and equip millions of people every year to exercise leadership.
And by leadership, I mean the ability to mobilize and connect with people, both within and beyond one’s authority, to confront and deal with the real issues in order to improve our companies, our communities, our countries, and our lives.
So in the coming days, I’m going to share with you seven ways in which my colleagues and I are pursuing this mission.
