Susan J. West

Susan has built her career on supporting businesses through their toughest transitions. An executive coach and former CHRO, she has 25+ years experience in leadership and organization development.

An executive coach and former CHRO, she has 25+ years experience in leadership and organization development, talent management, succession planning, and management of enterprise-wide change initiatives in the context of growth initiatives, restructuring, M&As, and JVs.

Susan has extensive business insights as the minority shareholder of a privately held chemical company. She is also an angel investor / non-executive director in a renewable energy development firm. Susan has been recognized in Europe as one of the Top 20 Women Who Advance Associations in 2020. She is of dual American / Belgian nationality, is a Certified Strategy Execution Specialist and Certified Insights Practitioner, and holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA from Princeton University in Romance Languages.

Jennifer Buck

Jennifer is an executive coach and leadership consultant who specializes in designing and facilitating custom, high-impact LD programs. She has 20+ years of experience advancing leadership capabilities and performance.

Jennifer is an executive coach and leadership consultant who specializes in the design and facilitation of highly custom, high-impact leadership development programs for all levels. She has 20+ years experience advancing leadership capabilities and performance in global corporate, non-profit, and public sector organizations including SpaceX, NASA-JPL, Blue Apron, and the Giant Magellan Telescope Organization.

Her areas of expertise include both start-ups and scaling organizations, science and tech, and women in leadership. She is a Certified Global Leadership Coach with Global Coach Group and has a Graduate Level Certification in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate Institute. She earned her MA in Organization Development from the Fielding Graduate Institute and a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington.

Gloria is an accomplished senior HR business executive with more than 20 years of successful global and domestic human resources leadership in a variety of industry sectors including biopharmaceutical, retail, financial services, and non-profit organizations.

She has extensive facilitation experience with large and small groups, a MS from Widener University in Human Resources Management and BS from Wilmington University in Human Resources Management. She is also a SHRM-SCP, Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Helen believes in the universality of powerful leadership development. She’s an executive coach and trainer with over 20 years of international experience in learning and development.

She is a Certified Doctoral Candidate in Adult Learning and Leadership with Columbia University, a Certified Coach and Licensed Career Counsellor, and earned her MA in Human Resources Management from Webster University and her BA in Theater and History from Smith College.

Young is a Scholar Practitioner in Adult Learning and Leadership with an emphasis on empowering women as well as a Certified Doctoral Candidate in Adult Learning and Leadership at Columbia University. She earned her MA at Columbia College Chicago in Interdisciplinary Arts and a BFA in Fashion / Environmental Design from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago.

Eric is dedicated to helping organizations succeed by investing in their people. As an advisor, he specializes in boosting the value of human resources in the public, private, and charitable sectors.

Tim has worked in the corporate sphere and with government and nonprofit organizations in the US, Europe, South America, Asia, and Australia. His training and organizational coaching focuses on creating human-centric organizations.

Tim holds coaching certificates in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership 360, and Applied Positive Psychology. He is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Psychological Safety Assessment Tools and earned an MA at Rutgers University and a BA at Emerson College.

As an ordained minister and motivational speaker, she delivers authentic messages of truth and inspiration!

Juanchella earned a Doctorate of Philosophy from Walden University, holds a Theology & Ministry Certificate from the Princeton Theological Seminary at Princeton University, a MPA from Atlanta University, and a BS from Howard University. She has also completed Management Development Levels 1, 2 & 3 at the University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute of Government.

Todd Holzman founded Holzman Leadership after a decades long career in leadership development and organization consulting, including work as a Leadership Coach to IBM’s senior executives, Head of Organization Development at Honeywell, Managing Director of Cambridge Leadership Group, and a fellow with McKinsey & Company’s Change Center. 

Todd has taught world leaders at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, developed doctoral students at Columbia University, trained tens of thousands of leaders globally, and certified hundreds of consultants and trainers in his Real Work Process (RWP). 

No matter whom he’s working with or the problem he’s solving, Todd’s driving passion is to develop the difference makers to be a force for good in the world.
