Can Gen Z Handle the Truth?

So when I look at all these case studies that have been submitted to us across Generations

I don’t see any differences

I don’t uh I think CU fundamentally, I don’t care what culture does to us we’re still 99.9% genetically the same you know, and we were still raised by previous generations too

The difference that I do see is what people think is right and what one should do, versus what people actually do so you will see in some of the you know 20 and 30 something like a greater aversion to making anyone uncomfortable

Right, I do see that yep

and but they also are very quick I was just working with a group of 30 something just uh the last two days in in Boston but they’re very quick to realize like yeah I don’t want to make anybody feel uncomfortable so I’m holding back from saying something that I think my client needs to hear but by not saying something need to hear I’m depriving them of some important truth and therefore of helping them make a decision that is theirs I’m stealing something from them, because my job I’m if I’m talking to a client is my whole job is to help them make it a a fully informed decision

Because it’s their decision, not min,e but if so if I hold back from having the difficult conversations say then I’m depriving them of important information so that they can make a decision so, on the one hand I don’t want to upset them but I steal this important piece of information from them which is uncomfortable; that’s also not respectful

And there, so so what I do notice is there’s more of an interest in what’s the truth, and you know, and and and a willingness to you know make that a priority, yeah, you know. I’m not sure if there’s more of a willingness, but what I see across all generations is really caring about what’s true; that hasn’t changed.
