Susan has extensive business insights as the minority shareholder of a privately held chemical company. She is also an angel investor / non-executive director in a renewable energy development firm. Susan has been recognized in Europe as one of the Top 20 Women Who Advance Associations in 2020. She is of dual American / Belgian nationality, is a Certified Strategy Execution Specialist and Certified Insights Practitioner, and holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA from Princeton University in Romance Languages.

Her areas of expertise include both start-ups and scaling organizations, science and tech, and women in leadership. She is a Certified Global Leadership Coach with Global Coach Group and has a Graduate Level Certification in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate Institute. She earned her MA in Organization Development from the Fielding Graduate Institute and a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington.

She has extensive facilitation experience with large and small groups, a MS from Widener University in Human Resources Management and BS from Wilmington University in Human Resources Management. She is also a SHRM-SCP, Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

She is a Certified ICF Coach, earned her MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster, and a UK BA with Honors in History from Leicester University, UK.

Helen has extensive facilitation and coaching experience, which she has delivered in French and English on four continents. She is a Certified Doctoral Candidate in Adult Learning and Leadership with Columbia University, a Certified Coach and Licensed Career Counsellor, and earned her MA in Human Resources Management from Webster University and her BA in Theater and History from Smith College.

Aaron has an Executive Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Lancaster Business School and is Certified as both a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Prince2 Projects Practitioner Lean, and an Agile Practitioner.

Young is a Scholar Practitioner in Adult Learning and Leadership with an emphasis on empowering women as well as a Certified Doctoral Candidate in Adult Learning and Leadership at Columbia University. She earned her MA at Columbia College Chicago in Interdisciplinary Arts and a BFA in Fashion / Environmental Design from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago.

Eric is a Certified Doctoral Candidate at Columbia University, he earned an MA from the Department of Organization and Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University, and earned his BA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Harvard University. Eric is also a Hogan Assessment Certified Coach of Psychology with a focus in adult development, a Certified Small-Group Consultant through Group Relations International, a Certified Executive Coach through the A-N Network, Certified in Design Thinking by Columbia Design Studio, and an Associate of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

He is a Professor of Leadership Programs for REIA EMBA Moscow, a Certified “Horse Assisted Professional Development” Trainer, and a WBECS Mindfulness & Mental Health Official Russia Partner”;
Sergey holds an M.S. in Economics from Moscow State University, an Executive MBA from Kingston University in London, and Coaching Certificates from the Ericson International Institute of Coaching and the Institute of Psycho Dynamic Coaching.

Eric founded Gerber Leadership Advisors after being a principal at ghSMART and a top performer at RHR International LLP where he served key Fortune 500 and top tier private equity clients. Prior to that, he led Executive Development for The Home Depot during a period of rapid growth.

A published author and regular media analyst, Gina has appeared on the BBC, FOX and CNN. She’s been featured in Fast Company and interviewed on radio and TV across the world, from New Zealand to Europe, Africa and the United States. She currently writes a weekly business leadership column, “The Communicator” in Ireland’s largest circulated newspaper, The Sunday Independent.
In humanitarian roles, Gina chaired UNICEF’s International Council for two years – leading global events at the United Nations in New York and Innocenti in Florence, Italy. She worked with the first Iraqi women running for Parliament, women’s civil rights leaders in the Persian Gulf, and issues activists in Ghana, Egypt, Tunisia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Macedonia and Romania.

Juanchella earned a Doctorate of Philosophy from Walden University, holds a Theology & Ministry Certificate from the Princeton Theological Seminary at Princeton University, a MPA from Atlanta University, and a BS from Howard University. She has also completed Management Development Levels 1, 2 & 3 at the University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute of Government.

As Cardiovascular Training Lead at BMS, he developed training that helped the product become the market leader in both the retail and hospital space developing training for organized customers which expanded DBM's responsibilities. As the Learning and Development Lead at Otsuka, he established a leadership curriculum, for managers, operationalized a career pathway program, and increased internal DBM hires by utilizing the Skills Assessment Center.
Today, Keith utilizes his rich experience to offer tailored solutions that empower clients from various sectors to achieve excellence in their performance. Keith is a Distinguished Military Graduate and Distinguished Military Student and served for six years attaining the rank of Captain in the United States Army.

Marco began his career in the Danish Royal Guards, where he rose to Commanding Officer. Following 15 years of senior HR roles, he served as Head of Transformation and later Chief HR Officer for a multinational logistics firm.

Todd Holzman founded Holzman Leadership after a decades long career in leadership development and organization consulting, including work as a Leadership Coach to IBM’s senior executives, Head of Organization Development at Honeywell, Managing Director of Cambridge Leadership Group, and a fellow with McKinsey & Company’s Change Center.
Todd has taught world leaders at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, developed doctoral students at Columbia University, trained tens of thousands of leaders globally, and certified hundreds of consultants and trainers in his Real Work Process (RWP).
