Why it exists: The Enterprise Leaders Forum is a response to a recurring pattern my Holzman Leadership colleagues and I see in our client work: senior leaders get promoted for functional excellence, then discover that same strength has become their ceiling. To have a real shot at the C-suite, and in some cases to keep their jobs, leaders must make an undeniable enterprise-level impact beyond their function.

Who it’s for: up to ten select executives from large organizations, each bringing a real enterprise-impacting problem they’re struggling to make progress on.

Why external: this work can be hard to do inside your own company. The people you’d need to be honest about are the same ones you have to keep influencing. The Forum puts you in a confidential room with peers from other companies, where the real issues can get on the table.

What comes out of it: two breakthroughs. One, demonstrable progress on the enterprise challenge you bring to The Forum. Two, a step change in your ability to mobilize peers and leaders above you, who have no obligation to help, to face and address enterprise issues they are blind to or would prefer to avoid. The commitment behind it: you achieve both, or you don’t pay.
